Osmind’s CMS 1500 Report gives you a clear look at key insurance billing metrics — including how many claims were created, payer details, and reimbursement figures. You can export this report for further analysis so your team has actionable financial insights.
Accessing Your CMS 1500 Report
Navigate to Reports > CMS 1500 Report in the Osmind platform.
Choose the date range you want to analyze. This filters claims by the date they were created.
After submitting your date filters, the system will generate the report.
Once processed, the report appears under Documents > Generated Reports. Processing may take up to 30 minutes depending on report size.
Tip: A nightly batch job runs at 12AM UTC to generate CMS 1500s for all appointments from that day.
